Designed by Iñigo Iriarte, this private residence combines a sleek urban black facade with intimate interiors enhanced by CEA collections
A clear and engaging vision guides the entire architecture of the PR_27 project in Madrid. The goal of designer Iñigo Iriarte was twofold: to reflect the clients’ lifestyle and to establish a deep dialogue with the surrounding natural context. The result is a recognizable and authentic architectural identity, capable of integrating perfectly into the Spanish landscape.
The home masterfully explores the language of volumetric and material contrast. Outside, the black facade features squared volumes and sculptural metallic elements that convey strength, rigor, and a strong urban elegance. On the contrary, the interiors propose a welcoming and protective domestic dimension. Earthy tones, natural materials, and varied textures create an intimate and warm atmosphere, enhanced by a large private art collection that dialogues with the rooms.
The interior palette is minimal and very refined. Light plasters, glass, natural stone, and dark wood integrate with brightly colored furniture and original shapes. This approach generates a perfect visual balance between warm and cool tones. Construction details receive the utmost attention, as demonstrated by the choice of CEA stainless steel taps for the bathrooms. The soft, rounded shapes of the mixers recall the fluidity of the spaces, contributing to the overall harmony of the house.

The timeless design of CEA collections in the bathrooms
The attention to detail finds its ultimate expression in the villa’s wellness areas. The choice of faucets and accessories reflects the highest standards of contemporary design, combining the excellence of AISI 316L steel with maximum functionality.
In the residence’s various bathrooms, we find a selection of the brand’s iconic elements:
- GIOTTO Collection (Bronze Finish): the washbasin features a three-hole set (model GIO16ZS) equipped with a convenient swiveling spout. The satin Bronze finish adds a warm, tactile note that blends perfectly with the stone and dark wood of the room.
- GIOTTO Collection (Satin Finish): for a second bathroom environment, the designer chooses the classic three-hole version (model GIO16S) in a pure satin finish, which enhances the geometric rigor of the circle.
- Symphony for the shower (GIOTTO PLUS + FREE IDEAS): the shower area offers an advanced configuration (models GIO83GS + FRE35S + BRA02S). The system includes two wall-mounted mixers paired with a hand shower with an anthracite grey silicone rubber hose and a round adjustable shower head. The pressure balancer guarantees a constant flow, combining comfort with safety.

Technology and aesthetics: the EQUILIBRIO bathrobe warmer
Well-being within the PR_27 project is not limited to water flow management, but extends to technological accessories. The bathroom hosts CEA’s EQUILIBRIO system (model EQB22S), a built-in electric bathrobe warmer made entirely of stainless steel with a satin finish.
The clean lines of this modular element eliminate the visual impact of traditional radiators, transforming a functional object into a true graphic mark on the wall. This accessory warms fabrics with maximum energy efficiency and formal cleanliness. The presence of CEA stainless steel taps and accessories confirms how high-end design can elevate daily life, transforming material into pure architectural emotion.
